You may only deposit to and withdraw from pkr68 using payment methods registered in your own name. pkr68 strictly prohibits third-party payments in either direction. If a deposit is received from a payment method not matching the Account holder's verified identity, pkr68 reserves the right to reverse the transaction, suspend the Account, and request full KYC documentation before any further transactions are processed.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and loyalty rewards offered by pkr68 are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer. These terms — including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), and eligible games (for casino bonuses) — are set out on the relevant promotion page and must be read in full before any bonus is claimed.
Bonus Funds credited to a pkr68 Account must typically be wagered a specified number of times before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn as real money. pkr68 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not disadvantage users who have already legitimately claimed and are actively using the relevant bonus.
All casino games and slot titles offered through pkr68 operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested to ensure statistical fairness and compliance with the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game. Real-money deposits not derived from prohibited activity will be returned to the original payment method following investigation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr68 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; service interruptions; software or hardware failures; or any other commercial or personal losses, even if pkr68 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pkr68 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or external network issues may cause temporary service interruptions. pkr68 will endeavour to minimise disruption and will notify users of planned maintenance periods where reasonably practicable.
pkr68's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that User in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pkr68 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at pkr68.bio/privacy-policy. By using the pkr68 Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
